Payment and Refund Policy

1 Introduction

The Site(edoowa.com) strives to protect the interest of the Users who uses the Site and service. This policy laid out the procedures of the payment and refund for its Users.

2 Definition

2.1 Users mean anyone or any entity who uses the Site and services.

2.2 School means that any registered educational provider under its country's regulation, legislation, and law can intake oversea students. It includes universities, colleges, and high and language schools.

2.3 Editor means an entity or individual who has the necessary qualification to edit the writing assignments for the oversea student.

2.4 Student means that anyone intends to study oversea or anyone with a student visa is studying oversea.

2.5 Service Provider is a collective term for School, Editor, and third party partner.

2.6 Digital Goods means any intangible goods for downloading or watching and listening through the Site.

3 Payment

3.1 All Users are not required to pay any fee for registration of the Site.

3.2 Schools are charged monthly on an amount of contact, application referral, and/or advertisement made through the Site as set out on the relevant page of the Site. If the payment is not received in full on 16th of that month, its account may be suspended and/or canceled.

3.3 The PayPal platform is implemented for payment of services and products provided through the Site. Students pay directly to the school for a successful application according to the offer letter sent by the particular school. Goods and Services Tax(GST) will be charged where applicable.

3.4 Users must not pay, or attempt to pay, for above fee through any fraudulent or unlawful means.

4 Refund

4.1 The refund policy of the Site is based on and under the Australian Consumer Law(ACL) in the Consumer and Competition Act 2010(Cth), which provides consumers with guarantees. Similar consumer protection of regulations and laws from other countries may provide consumers with similar guarantees.

4.2 If the student wishes to cancel its enrolment application, the student must read each School’s refund policy and contact the School directly. Each School must have a refund policy which sets the Terms and Conditions for the refund if the Student has paid fees.

4.3 If the Student does not satisfy with the services and products provided by the Site, the Student is protected by this policy as well as the PayPal refund Policy. The Student should first contact the Site through the Contact page and then contact PayPal through PayPal dispute centre if the Student is not satisfied with resolution by this Site.

4.4 Downloading Digital Goods are not refundable when the payment is processed and accepted through the PayPal platform.
